Make Your Own Championship Belt

We are excited to offer this full custom championship belt build service. You provide the plate shapes and artwork for your belt. We will turn your provided artwork into a real championship belt. Now you can design your own championship belt now.

WHAT WE NEED:
  • a file/sketch/picture of your plate shapes.
  • Artwork for each plate.
  • Desired dimensions for plates.
  • If you want a signature carved into the belt strap, we will need an image of the signature autograph.

Yes, We end end rebuilding 70% of the images we receive. We never take shortcuts when building a belt. We are very appreciate for your business in a competitive field.
We also offer a logo builder option. We can build you your own unique logos and emblems for your belt. You will also own your logo files and receive the files for them as well.
Is there a maximum size on plates?
Yes the maximum plates sizes on the main-plate (Middle) is 12" X 12". And each side-plate maximum is 8"x 8". Almost every championship belt is under those size limits.
Do I need to provide a shape for the belt strap?
No you don't. We will use contour lining to form your belt strap following the edges of your plates. The belt strap shape will be provided in the mock.

Mock-Up Time

1-2 Days for a Mock-Up of what you belt will look like : If images are below quality, we will take the extra time to rebuild the file so your images will be clear.

How many Mock-Ups Can I get? We will provide as many as you need within reasoning. Please note, due to the time required to build files it will require extra time to provide additional mock ups.

Build-Time

After Mock Up Approval = Please allow 2-3 days to complete the build and assembly of your belt.

Cleaning Instructions

For Lifetime Excellent Quality:

Always Use - A Micro Fiber Towel (Cloth used to clean Eye Glasses). And clean with Isopropyl Alcohol. (Excellent for removing fingerprints and preserving paint colors and plating). Or a light soapy water

Avoid Using - Cleaning Waxes, Polishes, Dish Rags, Bathing Towels, Paper Towels
